Oh, summer heat.

Our air conditioner is on the fritz. It likes to blow hot air during times when we're home, like after work/ dinner making time. Yesterday it was so hot in our house that the thermostat couldn't capture the accurate temperature, as it maxes out at 90 degrees!! Ugh.


We had a repair man come and check-it-out last time this happened, and he said it's normal, but most units blow hot air during hours when no one is home-- like during the day. How is 90+ degree weather inside my home when it's 115 outside normal?! I have never heard of this!

I am longing for the day when our little family up-roots itself to Portland, Oregon. 5 years, here we come!
